You may use the REVA website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

By using the Services or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction, or that you are using the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

When providing information to REVA, including during checkout or when contacting us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to display REVA products and product information accurately.

However, the appearance of colours, packaging, labels or other product details may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, photography, manufacturing updates or packaging changes.

Product descriptions and other information on the website are provided for general informational purposes.

Individual skincare experiences can vary. Unless expressly stated otherwise, REVA does not guarantee that a product will produce a particular cosmetic or skincare result for every customer.

We may update product information, packaging, pricing, availability or other product details from time to time.

Skincare Information

Information provided through the REVA website, product pages, social media or other communications is intended for general skincare and cosmetic information only.

It is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for reviewing product directions, ingredient information, warnings and suitability before using a REVA product.

If you have a known allergy, skin condition, are undergoing medical treatment, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, consider obtaining professional advice before use.

Discontinue use if you experience significant or unexpected irritation and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Orders

When you place an order through the REVA website, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not prevent us from cancelling or correcting an order where reasonably necessary.

We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where appropriate, including where:

• A product is unavailable
• Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed
• A payment cannot be successfully processed
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
• An order appears to be placed for unauthorised resale
• An obvious technical or website error has occurred

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the cancelled amount.

Prices and Payment

Product prices displayed on the REVA website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

REVA currently charges a flat shipping fee of R80 within South Africa, with free shipping on qualifying orders over R800.

Payments are processed through payment providers available through our Shopify store.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• The payment information provided is accurate
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method
• You authorise the relevant charges for your order

Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, REVA may offer promotional prices, discounts, bundles, coupon codes or other special offers.

Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiry dates, minimum order values or other conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined.

We may modify, suspend or end a promotional offer where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery

REVA currently ships within South Africa only.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 8–11 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier operations, delivery location, public holidays, weather, transportation disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout.

Returns, Refunds and Our 30-Day Guarantee

Purchases made through the official REVA online store are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

REVA offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible purchases, beginning from the date the order is marked as delivered.

Eligibility requirements, exclusions and the process for requesting a refund are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is a voluntary REVA guarantee and is provided in addition to any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

Where applicable law provides you with rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, those rights will continue to apply.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through the REVA website, including branding, logos, graphics, photographs, written content, product presentation, website design and other materials, is owned by REVA or used under licence.

This content may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, republish, modify or create derivative works from protected REVA content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

Reviews, Feedback and Content You Submit

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, feedback, suggestion or other content to REVA, you confirm that you have the right to submit that material.

You must not submit content that is:

• False or deliberately misleading
• Unlawful
• Defamatory or abusive
• Infringing on another person's rights
• Malicious or harmful

Where you voluntarily submit feedback or reviews to REVA, you grant us permission to use, reproduce and display that material for legitimate business purposes, including operating and promoting REVA, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content from our website where we reasonably consider it inappropriate, fraudulent, unlawful or in breach of these Terms.

Shopify

The REVA online store is hosted using Shopify.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and related technology that allows us to operate our online store.

Your purchase of REVA products is a transaction between you and REVA, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Shopify may separately process certain information in connection with providing its ecommerce services.

Privacy

The collection and use of personal information through the REVA website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may also be processed by service providers involved in operating the website, processing payments, fulfilling orders or providing other ecommerce services.

Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally, information on the REVA website may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable South African law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your material breach of these Terms or your violation of the rights of another person.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.

Waiver

If REVA does not immediately enforce a right or provision contained in these Terms, that does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and other applicable policies published on the website, form the agreement governing your use of the REVA Services.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the REVA Services are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of South Africa.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate South African courts, subject to any rights available to consumers under applicable legislation.

Changes to These Terms

REVA may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, Services or legal requirements.

When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date may be changed.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective means the updated Terms will apply to future use of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
